Kingdom Worship Center
(Baltimore, MD)
Wolverine Construction, Inc. performed an exterior facade renovation to the Kingdom Worship Center facility including EIFS, glass storefront and entrance with a new canopy. In addition, the contracted work included upgraded finishes to the vestibule and sanctuary. Completed July, 2008.

Gethsemane Baptist Church
(Washington, DC)
The contracted work for this project consisted of interior renovations which included the pastor’s suite, classrooms, offices, elevator work and restrooms including mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades. Church activities remained in operation during the progress of this work with minimal disruption. The Dedication Service took place on July 13, 2008.

Bible Way Temple
(Washington, DC)
Located on New Jersey Avenue in Washington, DC, Bible Way Church chose Wolverine Construction to complete the church's renovations to include fellowship hall improvements, new HVAC system, code upgrades for restrooms, and a new kitchen. Completed October 2007.

Staples Store at
Largo Plaza
(Largo, MD)
Site work on this Staples retail store began in June of 2007. The new 20,000 square foot structure was added to Largo Plaza Shopping Center in Prince George's County and completed by march of 2008. The site work package included additional development for a future pad site and parking space.

Office Addition - Site Work
A two-story office addition is underway for this dental practice in Annapolis with a second story to be added onto the existing building. Phase I - parking lot addition and site work was completed in March 2008.

Mt. Ennon Baptist Church

Wolverine was called upon to perform various renovations for Mt. Ennon Baptist Church including miscellaneous interior improvements and HVAC modifications. Their on-going relationship with Wolverine Construction's president enabled a swift contract negotiation.

Evangel Cathedral

The continuing growth of Evangel Cathedral's large capacity functions has required the church to increase its parking capabilities. As a result of the Church's eleven-year personal relationship with Wolverine's president, we were contracted to perform the site work and are currently collaborating with the owner on the construction of a new Bible college to begin in 2009.

First Baptist Church Improvements

This site improvement contract included site lighting, ADA compliant accessible ramp, concrete deck replacement, and drainage system work. Project was completed in June of 2007.
