Carrollton Pad 2
(New Carrollton, MD)
This new building pad and shell will be added to the New Carrollton Shopping Center at the corner of Route 450 and Riverdale Road. The retail strip will house three tenants when completed, having an EIFS and brick exterior finish with approx. 4,400 sq. ft. of total space. The concrete pour for this one-story retail strip will begin on 11/30/09. Completion is expected in April of 2010.

Evangel Chapel
(Upper Marlboro, MD)
Plans for the new construction of this 8,000 sq. ft. facility include sanctuary, stage and a spacious lobby with marble floors and a majestic window system to confer an al fresco character for future events. An extensive outdoor hardscape area will be created to add to the open-air setting. Ground breaking is set for mid-May 2009, with a completion date expected in August of 2010.

Mt. Ennon Baptist Church – Open Air Sanctuary & Parking Lot
(Clinton, MD)
Installation of all services required for a future open air sanctuary and parking lot expansion for the church’s existing 9.7-acre site. The main lot is across the street from the Church. Wolverine will clear the current field and forest areas, install site lighting and power, and level site for placement of landscaping and pavement. A smaller lot is also being added to expand the current parking lot next to the church. Project completion is expected in March 2010.

Love Alive Ministries
(Baltimore, MD)
This project is on hold pending the receipt of permits. Wolverine’s work will begin with the demolition of the church’s existing 1,632 sq. ft. structure and garage. The new concrete foundation will kick off the start of the new facility, followed by the pre-engineered structural shell erection. The new 3,600 sq. ft. structure will house a new sanctuary, administrative offices and bathrooms. Wolverine will continue to carry out their contracted work by adding a brick and EIFS facade, shingle roofing system, HVAC, electrical, and all interior finishes, and all related site work including a new parking lot.

G.E. Peters Adventist School
Gym Addition
(Hyattsville
, MD)
This project is a gymnasium addition to the existing school. It will include multipurpose rooms, kitchen, the addition of a 3-story elevator, and is expected to be finished at the end of March 2010.
